Thank you for your service! Btw, wtf is with street parking? Since the shut down, people don't seem to follow the no parking times in the afternoon. On King Street, you see cars parked between 3:30 and 6:30, same goes for Date Street. And don't get me started on the jaywalkers!
WTF is with people bringing their kids to Sams and Costco? I mean there were quite a few families of 4 or 5 shopping. I'd leave my kids at home, just to be safe.
Oh yeah, peak traffic tow zones were suspended since people are stuck at home and may need the parking...
Living in Hawaii, the term basement dweller makes no sense. Cause Hawaii no more basements. I think if anyone tried to dig under the ground they would drown. I been to Mapunapuna and the water level there gets high during a high tide.
We had new guy to the district, not familiar to the Mapunapuna flooding get all excited when he came across it....lol. Then he got the new to the are Lieutenant get all excited too!....lmao
Street racers were out this weekend....only cited a few for the Stay Home Order...LOL They said they couldn't take it anymore, they were so bored staying home!....
Had to go to the main station and was looking at the memorial wall. Wow 16 officers have died in the line of duty since I came in....
Stay safe KalihiCop! Watch out for the crazies. One of our family friends was almost a statistic back in 93. He survived the shooting, but was in the hospital for quite awhile.
Reopen the state. It pisses me off how incompetent Ige is and how he's suffocating the entire state. Hawaii has met CDC's criteria for reopening. In fact, they've far exceeded it and are on pace to be similar to New Zealand, who is already fully re-opened. I'm pissed and am hurting for my parents who are unable to work for the foreseeable future bc of this.
I didnt vote for Ige. I didn't vote for Carroll either. I think I left my ballot blank. So, where are you going for your residency?
Here for another 5 years, general surgery residency. I joke with all my friends that I'm living the reverse American dream - grow up in Hawaii, spend the rest of my life in Nebraska.
